- Service unavailability during a paid subscription period
Please note that refunds are generally NOT issued for:
- Change of mind after participation has begun
- Poor performance or results in tournaments or betting activities
- Disqualification due to rule violations
- Requests made after the refund eligibility period has expired
- Purchases made using promotional credits or bonus funds
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes to be considered:
- Tournament Entries: Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time if you were unable to participate due to technical issues
- Subscription Services: Within 7 days of the billing date for new subscriptions, or within 24 hours of encountering service unavailability
- Betting Activities: Within 24 hours of the bet placement if the bet was not processed correctly
- Other Purchases: Within 7 days of the purchase date
Refund processing times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your PRIZES FOR LIFE account
- Navigate to the "Transaction History" section in your account dashboard
- Locate the transaction for which you are requesting a refund
- Select "Request Refund" and provide the required information, including the reason for your request
- Submit your request

All refund requests are reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of the decision via email within 48 hours of submission.
Refund Payment Methods
Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded to your PRIZES FOR LIFE wallet in the equivalent value at the time of refund
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
In some cases, we may issue refunds as platform credits if the original payment method is no longer available or at your request.
Special Circumstances
Tournament Cancellations
If a tournament is canceled by PRIZES FOR LIFE, all entry fees will be automatically refunded to the participants' accounts within 24-48 hours. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their entry to another tournament of equal value.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from participating in a tournament or event, you must report the issue to our support team within the tournament timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Evidence of the technical issue may be required.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are only issued for the current billing period if the service was unavailable for a significant portion of the period or if you are within the initial 7-day period for new subscriptions.
Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal the decision, you may submit an appeal through the following channels:
